TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Our School Year consists of 36 workweeks, beginning in September.
Tuition is based on the total number of lessons and rehearsals during the school year.
Tuition Payment Options
Plan A - 9 installments, September through May. Tuition is due in advance within the first week of each month. Late fee - $20.00.
Plan B - 2 installments, payable within the first week in September and January ($10.00 off your yearly tuition).
Plan C - Full payment for the Academic Year (5% Discount). 10% Family discounts - if two or more members of the same family register with the school.
Payment Method
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MC, and Discover).
For credit-card payments, please ask for our credit-card payment form.
The School does not have a billing service; it is your responsibility to pay tuition on time. Please place tuition checks in the tuition box on the wall on the left as you enter the school, or mail them to Premier Dance School, P.O.Box 271372, West Hartford, CT 06127.
NO CASH in the tuition box, please. If you do pay in cash, you MUST hand it to a member of the staff and BE SURE to get a receipt.
Your receipt is your only proof of payment when you pay cash.

Overdue Account Balance
Students with overdue account balances will not be admitted to class or allowed to participate in performances.

Family discount:

Additional Applicable Fees:
Late payment fee - $20 (per month).
Returned Check fee - $30.00 (per occurrence)
Credit card payments will be assessed a 3% processing fee.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Withdrawals may be made in writing by the 10th of the month in which the student will withdraw. The tuition installment for only that month will be charged in full.
No transfers, credits or cash refunds will be given for missed classes.
Students who missed classes are still obligated for the full tuition. However, classes missed due to illness may be made up within a two-week period of the absence. If we have alternative classes, students may schedule a make-up class with their teachers
